Databank Group (ADBG) and its subsidiaries will not give your
name, phone number to any non-ADBG companies, except to comply
with local, state, and federal laws and except in response to
a law enforcement agency or judicial process.

of data files to track users: Most of American Databank Group
web sites are a password protected site and, as such, uses data
files such as "cookies" to ensure that the site remains
secure. We also use cookies to save your password so you
need not re-enter it each time you visit our web site. Cookies
are used to provide security and are not used to gather information
about users. We do not share information about our users with
any non-ADBG company.

on our site but do not release information about individual searched

About Public Record Search
American Databank
Group distributes public record information obtained directly from
government entities or from reputable third parties who have compiled
such information from governmental entities. Since all of
the information that American Databank Group provides comes from
public records, we are not in a position to correct alleged inaccuracies
in the data. We will however assist individuals and businesses
in contacting the correct agencies if an issue of accuracy arises.
Our commitment
to furnish users with reasonably accurate reproduction of information
in public record information systems does not permit alteration
of the substantive content of public record information products
or services. However, when contacted by an individual concerning
an alleged inaccuracy about that individual, American Databank will
inform the individual of the source of the information and, if reasonably
available, indicate where a request for correction may be directed.
We respect your
privacy concerns. If you have a compelling privacy or security
issue, you may wish to contact the official custodians of the public
records that contain sensitive information about you to determine
how, if possible to remove your information from the public record.
For the court system, you may contact the district or county court
that handled your case.
Although American
Databank Group does not sell mailing lists; you may wish to contact
the Direct Marketing Association if you are concerned about unwanted
mail or telephone solicitations or about the collection of marketing
data about you. This association maintains a list of individuals
who do not want to receive telephone solicitations, junk mail, product
